The ISC2 West Region Collaboration Portal ("Portal") is operated by the ISC2 West Region Chapter Regional Management Committee ("CRMC"), chaired by Ken Allen of SurePath Consulting LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Portal at securityleaders.net.

2. Information We Collect

When you request access or use the Portal, we may collect:

• Full name, email address, chapter affiliation, and role title
• Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken within the Portal
• Content you submit including events, resources, speaker or sponsor information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Review and process access requests
• Communicate with chapter leaders about Portal updates and regional activities
• Display your name and contact information in the chapter leader directory (visible only to approved members)
• Improve the Portal's features and content

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With other approved Portal members (name, chapter, email visible in the leader directory)
• With service providers who help operate the Portal (Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery)
• When required by law

5. Data Security

The Portal uses HTTPS encryption, Supabase Row Level Security, and role-based access controls to protect your data. Only approved members can access Portal content.

6. Your Rights

You may request to update, correct, or delete your information at any time by contacting ken@surepath360.com. You may also request removal from the leader directory while retaining Portal access.

7. Cookies

The Portal uses essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
